In 1966, Japan issued Medical equipment Certification No. 1 for drinking devices;
In 1944, the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare (equivalent to the national Ministry of Health) established the "Electrolytic water Research Committee";
In 1944, the Japanese Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center published a report "free radicals are the cause of cancer", and confirmed that water electrolysis can eliminate free radicals in human body;
In 2007, Professor Ota Sunio from Japan Medical University published the first hydrogen biology paper "The protective effect of hydrogen molecules on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury" in Nature Medicine, which confirmed that the hydrogen contained in electrolytic water was the fundamental reason for its effect.
In December 2016, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced the inclusion of "hydrogen inhalation treatment for cardiac arrest syndrome" into the "Class B cash medical treatment system in Japan".
